Name: Laelana Enduforion
Age: 20
Home: Linhir, Lebennin, Gondor
Occupation: Wanderer and explorer
Family: Father, Andol (missing); Mother, Gaerwen (deceased); older sister, Lyndariel (missing); younger brother, Tythol (Dol Amroth); younger brother, Anduron (Dol Amroth)
Appearance: 5' 10", thin build, blue eyes, brown hair
History: Laelana is the youngest daughter and second child of one of Minas Tirith's Citadel Guards, a man named Andol. From as early as she could remember, her father served the Stewards of Gondor with distinction and honor. Unfortunately, her father ran afoul of some particularly corrupt members of the Guard. When he would not join them in smuggling weapons to the hillmen in the White Mountains, they set him up to take the fall for their misdeeds. The Steward would hear no argument in favor of his innocence, and Laelana's father was cast out of the Guard and Gondor itself.
Before he tearfully departed from his family, Andol buried his uniform near their home in the Lebennin. Unbeknownst to him, Laelana watched from the shadows. He left and wandered north, never to be seen again. Enraged by the injustice dealt to her father, Laelana took up his cloak and left Gondor. She tried to follow her father into the wilds, but became hopelessly lost in the Wold of Rohan. Without direction, she hunted for food and supplies and blindly continued north. She never saw her father again.
Her older sister Lyndariel, also ventured forth to find their father. A more capable tracker, Lyndariel headed for the Dale-lands. Laelana heard rumors of her sister's voyage from a Noldorin Elf named Arvelien, saying she did in fact reach Laketown, but that their father was nowhere to be found. Laelana hopes to one day reunite with her elder sister and has taken up an apprenticeship of sorts with the High-Elf to improve her skills and survivability for the journey ahead.
